stones & burial cairns in a concentrated area
Including the Callanish
complex comprising of over 30 sites.
The Isle of Harris has the only recorded
Mesolithic site
in the Western Isles.
Take a personal guided tour of Lewis or

or visit a Deserted Township like Bosta.
Step back in time & enjoy a
historical guided walk of the township encompassing Blackhouses, Norse type Mills, Corn

& traces of the Kelping industry.
Maybe you would like to visit some of
the Island’s sandy Beaches
or visit the Western Isles only Whisky Distillery Abhainndearg.

many places are not well marked
and therefore easy to miss a
Private Guided Tour
is recommended
To seek out the less well known places.
Public
transport can be infrequent
with 2 – 3 hours between buses and
most tour
operators do not visit the less well known places.
